Tunnel Under Niagra Falls
Imagine a tunnel more than ten stories underground, a hundred years old, brick-lined, dripping wet and completely inaccessible, except by a rope that drops through a narrow slit in its ceiling thirty feet above the tunnel floor.
Now imagine this tunnel snakes its way under Niagara Falls and 600,000 gallons of rushing water per second, emerging at the base of the falls behind the torrent of water smashing on the rocks below.
